INTERVENTIONS PER ARM

ALSO TOUCHES

An intervention belongs to one arm. An opportunity project is paid for out of that arm's pot, and is voted on once, by the members of that arm. Whatever it touches beyond that is yours to weigh up when choosing, and to write into your proposal — it grants no access to a second pot and no second vote.

Award criteria for an opportunity project: scalable, measurable, within one arm, evidenced by this list, budget attached.
